Shri. Ashok Sarin is the founder & promoter of Anant Raj Limited. He has an immense experience of more than five decades in the real estate and construction business. He is a well known figure in the industry and has been the main instrumental force behind the success and achievements of the Anant Raj Limited.
Amit Sarin, started his career with the Company in 1993 as Executive Director- Commercial. Since then, he has been handling the construction, infrastructure development wing and real estate business of the Company. He has been instrumental in Company’s development and diversification to I.T. Parks/ SEZs, Commercial, Retail and Hospitality business.
Aman Sarin, started his career with the company in 1995 as Executive Director – Operations. Having Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Aman Sarin, has been credited for setting up internal system of the company in Sales & Marketing , Land Acquisition and Operations Management.
He is recognized as an Industry leader and has a strong team of professional in all departments. The company has expanded its portfolio in all verticals of real Estate under his stewardship. He has been actively involved in land acquisition there by building a strong pipeline of projects in the company.
He has a strong belief that motivated personnel and systems are pivotal to the growth of the company. He has cultivated a strong, efficient & ethical work culture in the organisation.
Ashim Sarin, started his career with the Company in 1998 as Executive Director- Construction. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Switzerland.
He manages the Construction and Development of business, including operations of IT Parks, Office Buildings, Hospitality and other Development Projects.
He has over two decades of experience in the Construction and Development Business. He has been instrumental in overseeing the construction of various projects and ensuring timely completion of the same.
He was instrumental in setting up of Company’s It Park at Panchkula, Manesar (Gurugram) and RAI (Sonepat). Under his leadership, the company has developed Hospitality Projects also. Besides Construction he is also responsible for marketing and operations of the project.
Maneesh Gupta is fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has a rich experience in the field of corporate laws and legal matters connected with civil matters.
He is an Independent Non- Executive Director on the board of the Company. He is also a member of the Audit Committee, Shareholders’ Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Brajinder Mohan Singh, post graduate is the Retired IRS and Ex. Chairman of CBDT. He has an experience of almost four decades in the fields of taxation and finance.
He is an Independent Non- Executive Director on the board of the Company. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Share Transfer Committee.
Rajesh Tuteja, an IRS Officer who retired as Director General of Income Tax in the year 2020. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He holds a degree in law. He has over 30 years of experience in different capacities in administrative capacity for managing Income Tax Taxation as well as Investigation and Intelligence.
Mrs. Kulpreet Sond is a Post Graduate (M.A. Fine Arts), Gold Medallist from Panjab University, Chandigarh, 1997. She has also cleared the University Grants Commission’s NET-Visual Arts, 1997.
She has over 22 years of Teaching experience. She has been the faculty member and member of Board of studies of various universities in Punjab. She is the Founder of Yashkul Creations-Fusion of Imagination and Creation.
She has attended workshops sponsored by UGC. She has also attended National and International Webinars on the subjects of Fine Arts and is a designated subject expert by GNDU.
She has received many awards for visuals arts and has been an adjudicator in many competitions involving visual arts.
Her presence in the Board will help the Company planning layouts/ designs of the buildings/ landscaping etc.
Mr. Suraj Parkash Sethi is M.A, L.L.B, CAIIB, and Diploma in Industrial Finance & Co-operatives. He carries over 35 years experience in the fields of Banking, Finance, Accounts, Administration, Planning & Budgeting, Training with specialized courses in Behavioural Science.
Retired as Deputy General Manager from State bank of Patiala in 2004. Also headed Rajkot Zone (Gujarat) of State Bank Of Saurashtra. He is associated with the Anant Raj Limited since April 2005 & is handling & controlling banking transactions, accounts & deals with banks and presently working as President –Accounts for the Group.
Varun Khullar has been associated with the Company for almost 8 years. He has around 20 years of Real Estate industry experience in Sales, Marketing and Project Approvals with expertise in International Sales, Direct Sales and Managing Sales through Channel Partners.
Mr. Pankaj Kumar Gupta is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He carries an overall experience of about 15 years in the field of Banking, Finance, Accounts and Taxation.
He is associated with the Company since 2008 and handling Taxation (Indirect), Finance, Banking & Accounting and Audit Functions of the Company.
